Sonny

I can only say that I am so happy that I did purchase the insurance for all three of my animals. I have 2 cats and 1 black lab. My Orange cat Sonny did end up getting really sick last year. He has something called Degenerative Mural Lymphoplasmacyctic folliculitis. He did get really sick my poor little boy. Embrace was able to cover 80% of the doctors bills. I am so grateful for Embrace. I was able to worry about my Sonny instead of having to worry about how I was going to pay for all this. He has finally started to gain weight again. He had lost a lot of his body weight do to this illness. He never stopped eating. He just kept losing weight. Talk about frightening to see a perfectly healthy cat waste away to not being able to even get up to make it to the litter box. We would have to carry him to the litter box in the am and after work and before bed. Today he is getting around on his own again, and has started to gain weight. His orange strips are also coming back. Thanks to Embrace I was able to get him to the right doctors and now he's hopefully on the way to recovery!

Stop Payment on Reimbursement Check

Never in the 24 years of owning a dog and having pet insurance have I encountered a reimbursement check being returned by my bank because of a stop payment. After calling Embrace, the explanation provided by the representative was that it was a bank error and that Embrace thought they had identified all clients who were affected. I am very hesitant about continuing with Embrace and am currently looking at other insurance companies to possibly switch to. My main concern is that my Golden Retriever is 8 years old and I am worried about how her age factor will affect new insurance rates.

A Great Service.

I am very happy I signed up with Embrace. For me the best part is the Wellness Rewards. It is very helpful for the routine procedures like dental cleanings. Customer service is excellent. My claims have always been processed in a timely fashion. I really do feel Embrace at the top of list of best pet insurance.

Easy Peasy

I've had policies for both of my girls for several years now and luckily I haven't had to use either one. A couple of months ago my baby, Gwen, became extremely sick with a mysterious illness. We did all the diagnotics necessary and she spent three days at OSU Veterinary Hospital in the ICU but we never landed on a specific cause for her symptoms. Luckily, she recovered as quickly as she fell ill. I've never been so grateful to have insurance because I was able to do everything my baby needed without worrying if we could afford it. As a Veterinary Technician I spend my days telling my clients to please get pet insurance for their dogs and cats, now I have a personal story to share about just how life saving it was for us! Plus, from submission of my claim to receiving my check was less than one week each time! It probably would have been even faster if I had had direct deposit set up!

Prompt & without hassle.

A large dog can mean large vet bills, especially when it comes to meds. My Mastiff has had an ongoing need for meds and Embrace has not balked at covering them. Their claim service is fast and hassle free. I originally purchased this insurance with the thought of hedging against catastrophic expenses, but I'm very glad I have for the smaller but on going expenses.
