Very Happy

I am very happy with the service provided by Embrace. I have received timely responses when I have submitted a claim. I have had very little question concerning my claims. When I have had to speak to someone about a claim or coverage, they have been very helpful and pleasant. I will renew my coverage when that times comes.

Will not pay claims in first year-policy worthless

changed from another policy to Embrace- read the fine details. They rejected claims for Lab having diarrhea because the dog had an incidence 11 months prior. They claim it is a preexisting condition. Total nonsense- have already paid deductible- they have rejected all 6 claims in first 3 months of policy and will not give me full refund. Don't waste your time switching to Embrace

Embrace the best

I went with embrace insurance after having the experience of trying to save my Newfie Mia ....$15,000 later I learned a big lesson, buy pet insurance !When we got our new pup it's the first thing I did! Embrace got amazing reviews on the Facebook Newfie group I was part of ...this company is the right choice...customer service excellent, ease of claims great!

The best investment a dog owner can have!

I have heard horror stories about pet insurance companies and let me just say Pet Embrace has yet to fail our family! Our Boxer has had numerous run in's with the vet from having to have blood work done which was a 600.00 dollar bill which was covered an paid out to my account in less then a week of me submitting my claim and most recently a bad reaction to dog food a 500.00 bill which is being processed as I write this review. I recommend this Pet Embrace to all pet owners, they are reliable, always available, the rates can't be beat and the claims are process at the speed of light!

Love Embrace

My five year old cat Lloyd had developed cystitis necessitating Multiple trips to our vet. Embrace covered these visits. Very impressed. Have already recommended Embrace to several of my neighbors.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
