Embrace Pet Insurance Representatives Rank High!
I have had a policy with Embrace for about 3 years.I have rarely used it, due to the good health of my Lab.
About a year or so ago, she developed cataracts and became permanently blind, due to other complications. My vet told me that we needed to watch for the onset of glaucoma, which can be extremely painful for dogs. Unfortunately, this happened and I had to take immediate action to stop the pain. It all happened quickly, and I never hesitated to get her the surgery that she needed. The veterinary hospital placed the call to Embrace and handled the necessary billing, vie faxes.
I called Embrace when things slowed down, and spoke to a wonderful lady who was both sympathetic and helpful.
Embrace's compassion and promptness made a rough period much easier. My claim was handled both professionally and quickly!
I have recommended Embrace to two other people, since her surgery.
