Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My 10 yo lab mix has been covered by Emprace since she was a pup and all of my dealings with Embrace have been so easy and pleasant. Their reps truly take pride in customer service, perhaps more than I've experienced with any other company. Claims are processed expediently and with constant communication. Moreover, they pay out appropriate amounts without reluctance or hurdles. I can't recommend them enough!

Our elderly female Chow Shepherd K9 is the center of our family with her delightful smile. She had been under the weather for a couple of her past 10 years with different skin issues and sore back hips. We did not see Lymphoma coming but it arrived with a vengeance. Dogs are pack animals and will not complain so it was a moment of guilt that I had to process to wonder why I hadn't seen the signs earlier. Then the appointments happen and the sense of urgency to act quickly and you need to decide on going through treatment it not. The option to go into treatment is less of a sting if you have pet insurance. We chose to treat. Not an easy choice. It is time commitment and money does flow like beer at a bar but the choice is not based on cash at hand. Embrace Pet Insurance has been better than expected and easy to talk with when needed.

Embrace is the best!! One of my kitties got unexpectedly ill and needed surgery in January, and I sent in multiple claims in a matter of a few weeks to Embrace, and each one was dealt with quickly and professionally. Embrace did exactly what they said they would, and they have brought me so much peace of mind during this process. Thank you so much, Embrace!

My 6 month-old puppy became ill and was diagnosed with infectious canine tracheobronchitis (kennel cough) this past December. She had gotten the recommended vaccinations, but had contracted it anyway. We had to pay for the vet visits and antibiotics thought to be necessary to get her better. I emailed the claim forms from two different visits to Embrace, and my claim was completed and I received my reimbursement within two weeks. I had already met my $200 policy deductible, so was reimbursed a full 80% of my expenses. My claim was done quickly and efficiently by Alissa Tyminski, but it took me a few days to cash the payment checks. I received a follow-up email from Embrace co-founder Laura Bennett within a few days to make sure that I received my payment. As usual, the customer service I receive from Embrace is without parallel.

Always know that I can take care of my friend as needed because of the wonderfully thought-out plan available through Embrace so that costs and payments are not a concern. Recommended to many friends.
