Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

When we brought Suzy, our Boston Terrier, home a little over a year ago, I decided to research pet insurance. After studying and comparing companies, I decided Embrace was the one for Suzy. I am so thankful that I made this decision!! Like everyone else, I'm sure, I purchased the insurance never dreaming that we would have to use it during the first year. Unfortunately, Suzy has had to have surgery on both hindlegs due to luxated patellas and a ruptured cruciate ligament. When I found out that Suzy needed the first surgery, I called and spoke to a customer service representative who really put my mind at ease and explained how the claims process works. I was so happy with the speed in which the claims were processed and paid. And in addition, I received follow-up emails to be sure I'd been paid and to check on Suzy's progress. With Embrace you feel like you are part of a family that really cares about your pet. Each and every Embrace employee that I have spoken to has been kind and caring. I feel very fortunate to have this coverage for Suzy. I highly recommend Embrace.

I 1ST GOT INSURANCE FOR OUR DOG OVER 9 YEARS AGO AND HE HAS SINCE PASSED BUT I KEEP THE POLICY FOR OUR NEW DOG AND NOW NEW PUPPY.I DID ALOT OF INVESTIGATING BEFORE I BOUGHT AND WAS TRULY AMAZED WHAT OTHER COMPANIES WILL AND WILL NOT COVER DUE TO A DOG BREED. THAT IS WHY I WANTED PET INSURANCE. AS WE ALL KNOW PUREBRED DOGS CAN COME WITH ALOT OF PREDISPOSED ISSUES AS WELL AS OTHER HEALTH ISSUES THAT CAN OCCUR. I DID NOT NEED INSURANCE FOR SHOTS AND SUCH ITEMS, I NEEDED IT FOR WHEN THE BIG ILLNESS, ACCIDENTS COMES ALONG. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DIS-SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS AND WOW WHAT A GREAT COMFORT IT IS TO KNOW I HAVE THIS FOR MY PETS BECAUSE I THINK IF THERE IS A DOG THAT WILL HAVE AN ISSUES WITH SOMETHING I WILL OWN IT.

We've had Embrace coverage for 3 years, since we got our pup Arya at 3 months old. She's been pretty healthy, but recently began having unexplained accidents and some other worrying symptoms. Though I was expecting submitting our claims to be a frustrating experience, I have been incredibly surprised and impressed by my experience with Embrace. From assistance updating our mailing address after a move, to quickly processing claims and remitting payment (less than 2 weeks from when we submitted our claims until a check arrived) customer service with Embrace has been stellar. I didn't even realize our deductible was lowered by $100 thanks to the 2 years Arya wasn't having any major problems/claims. Very appreciative for the assistance during a stressful time (Arya's doing much better!)

We are first time puppy owners and decided to play it safe by getting pet insurance. Having gone through all competitors in the market, we went with EMBRACE considering that the better coverage and the rave reviews we came across on various websites. I must say this was one of my best decisions of 2015 other than deciding to adopt a puppy. At EMBRACE, the staff is extremely professional and courteous; reimbursements are timely and quick; coverage is very good. I have had multiple vet visits in the past 1 year baby and it is very reassuring to know that EMBRACE is backing you. Vet visits can be really expensive and I am glad that I do not have to think twice before doing what is good for my puppy. Special thanks to the staff who make it happen..each time

In doing my pet insurance research for my precious "Prince", I thought I compared all the pet insurance until I registered him with the kennel club.At the time I've already bought Embrace and what a mistake that was to have canceled Embrace to purchase the referred insurance by the kennel club. When I realized the grave mistake I went back and got re-instated within the hour. Since that time recently we have gone to our first pet vet visit, cut our orthropedics exam 6 mos. waiting to 14 day waiting, and we will get neutered to get our 5% discount!!! So yes we are happy very happy "We Did The RIGHT Thing". I'm telling everybody I know about Embrace and the need for pet insurance period also you can afford it your needs. I filed my claim $97.75 and all other first time puppy needed papers required and processing took literally a few days. Again I chose the very "BEST"!
