Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I learned my leason from a previous dog we had without insurance. When we rescued the new puppy, I decided to get pet insurance. After a lot of research, I decide to go with Embrace. Their customer service reps are very nice and caring. I filed one claimm after my dog eat something he shouldn't have. They send me the check within days of filing the claim. This is the best peace of mind insurance.

We have had a wonderful experience with Embrace. Our last dog cost us a ton of money so with our new puppy we decided we had to have pet insurance. Embrace insurance came with our puppy when we adopted him from Helen Woodward Animal Shelter and we are so glad it did. He just turned 1 and after one visit to the ER we had used up our deductible and got a lot of our money back. Now every time we have to go to the vet for an illness we get a check in the mail after easily submitting a claim. I don't want this year of coverage to end, but feels good to know that each year there is a limit that we will have to pay on vet bills!

Bought pet insurance for our puppy as soon as we got her. Very reasonable and affordable. She broke her tibia when she was 4 months old..we were out of state when it happened and had to see a local vet that wasn't our own. Then we saw our own vet when we got home, and went to a specialist after that. I was concerned that Embrace might give us a hard time about all the different visits but they covered everything no questions asked. We felt so fortunate to have insurance so that we could opt for the best care possible for our baby without having to worry about the cost. Lastly, they have followed up on more than one occasion to make sure we received the payment on our claims.

I had been researching pet insurance for a couple months prior to getting our puppy. After much analysis, I decided to go with embrace and I'm glad I did. Insurance companies have a stereotype of being cold, but that's not the case with embrace. Each member I've spoken to has been extremely personable and genuine. When calling to set up the policy, Peter was excellent in spending over 45 minutes with me on the phone to go over my options and help me choose the right plan for my dog. I had some issues with my vet sending a claim (asked them 4 times, both over the phone and in person on different days). When I reached out to embrace about it, they were able to get my vet to send them the claim on the spot. In order to be fair and objective, my single critique would be reimbursement time. Though, since I've connected it to direct deposit, I've seen a better turnaround time.

Although my claim was for routine wellness, I just want to say the speed in which Embrace processed the claim is awesome. It takes my other pet insurance two to 3 weeks to let you know they are in receipt of your claim and 30 days to process it. If the claim is not submitted within 30 days of the vet visit they will not consider it. Embrace is the Pet Insurance I've been telling my friends about. This is my very first claim with them but I'm already satisfied with the process. I love claims forms. Thanks for being so efficient and professional. :)
