Beau wasn't even two years old when his world was turned upside down. After multiple trips to his regular vet, then on to see a specialist and a 5 day stay in the hospital, Embrace has been there all the way. At first I thought he had Lyme disease due to his limping and painful joints. After seeing his regular vet, Beau tested negative for Lyme, but was running a temperature of 104. Blood work and urine testing was completely normal, but I knew something was terribly wrong. Soon he wasn't eating, wouldn't stand or walk, whimpered every time I picked him, losing weight fast. More trips to the vet, then on to a specialist and then a hospitalization. Embrace even rushed previous claims through their system and deposited my refund directly into my checking account so I had money to pay the hospital. Beau was diagnosed with immune mediated erosive polyarthropathy, something he will have the rest of his life. It is a chronic disease and what set his immune system off isn't known. Embrace has been a life saver and I know they will be there to help Beau deal with his disease. My policy even pays for Beau's acupuncture for pain control and special diet. I don't know what I would have done without Embrace. They have paid out thousands of dollars to help me help Beau in these past 9 months. Everyone at Embrace is so helpful and polite, and I am thankful I purchased this pet insurance along with the wellness package. I have got back more than what I have paid for this insurance.

I am so glad I chose to go with Embrace for my Shiba Inu. I had never used pet insurance before and when I had a Chow she had several back-to-back emergency surgeries and cancer. Needless to say, I paid out a lot of money in vet bills (which I do not in any way regret) but now should my Shiba ever have any major issues I know that Embrace is there to help me with those expenses. He just recently experienced an ear infection and a month later tore his dewclaw which needed to be removed - I turned the claims in, which was my first time filing, and Embrace responded immediately and issued a payment to me very quickly. I gladly tell people about Embrace!

I've had Embrace with the wellness coverage a little over 6 months. My first baby got groomed and his first check up to include his preventative heartworm and flea medicine, which was all covered very quickly and easily. We adopted a second and I added him to the plan. Initially I was apprehensive to spend nearly $100 for dog insurance per month -- and then our second dog turned out to be a late night fence hopper who we found gushing blood from his neck Quentin Tarantino style late on a Saturday night. It took a little longer for the accident claim versus the wellness claims, but it was still hassle-free and covered a good chunk of our emergency costs on a dog we've only had for 2 months. Sure, its not for everyone. It does cost. But I value pet care and am willing to pay for it. Embrace makes taking care of my furbabies easy and not some dreadful chore. Thanks to Embrace, I can give them a better life.
