Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have pet insurance for my rescue dog and I'm so glad I did. He tore his ACL and needed surgery and I wouldn't have been able to afford it without this insurance. It was a life saver! Thank you Embrace!

Embrace was recommended by our vet. The web portal is easy to navigate and submitting claims is simple, customer service is helpful and patient. However, on multiple occasions we have had to step in to push Embrace to file claims that our vet office already sent. Or, in the example of our first claim, there was a holdup because our vet had failed to send a form to Embrace when we initially signed up-- but we were never informed there was a problem until we tried to submit our first claim months later. We have to be alert and advocate for our claims, as so far they haven't happenned seamlessly. That's about par for the course with any kind of insurance, and luckily we haven't had any serious or very expensive issues yet.

I've been with Embrace for 6 years and have only great things to say about them. Customer Service is amazing and their payments quick and easy. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and had to take him to a Vet emergency room. My dog ingested gum with Xylitol which is very poisonous to dogs. My dog was kept for 24-hours at the hospital. His stomach was washed and he had to be put on fluids. My bill was 80% covered by Embrace. Once again once I submitted my claim, everything got process within a week. I had other pet insurance before but Embrace has been the best.

We have been clients for years and are very happy with Embrace coverage. The customer service is excellent too!With the coverage we have been offered, we are able to give our pet the best care possible! With the rising cost of health care, we probably wouldn't be able to give her this level of care, if we didn't have Embrace Insurance.

My 12 year old golden retriever Bailey just passed away. He was covered by Embrace since he was 1. Embrace charged a fair amount each month, paid the claims they said they would and always answered the phone every time I called with a real person who could answer my questions. If I get another dog, I will use embrace again.
