Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

When my cat suffered an injury to her tail area, Embrace came through for us once again. Embrace has been the best thing I could have done to take responsible care of my furry friend. A few stiches and a few weeks later my cat was on the road to recovery! Embrace processed my claim quickly once they had all the necessary paperwork. They are always professional and yet so very compassionate, they understand it is enough for you to be worried about your pet so they have your back to help you get through the claim process with no worries. Embrace really is the best insurance coverage to have for all your pets so you just need to sign up for it right away. You'll be glad you did!The only reason it took a little longer than usual to process my claim this time was because it took a little longer for the paperwork to get to Embrace.

Our girl, Ruby, was diagnosed with a tumor in her pancreas that absolutely had to be removed. It was also making so much excess insulin in her body that she couldn't regulate her blood sugar, so she had a seizure. Because she was unstable and needed specialized surgery, she was hospitalized for over a week in the ICU. This round the clock care and intensive surgical procedure were the only way for her to have a good prognosis, and without Embrace we would have had to make a different decision: one based solely on money rather than what was best for Ruby. Ultimately, that is why we got insurance and chose Embrace. We never wanted to have to choose to not provide the best care for the best outcome because of financial burden. The hospital submitted our claim, 3 days later Embrace emailed me that they'd received it, and then 3-4 days later our reimbursement was in my bank account. I didn't even have to wait for a check in the mail! And when I called two different times with questions, they were happy to help and explain everything I needed clarification on. I could not be happier with their claims process and customer service.

I had a simple wellness claim with a variety of vaccines, tests, and new medications from my vet. My claim was easy to open, I received a prompt response once it was underway, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Embrace did a great job of living up to the expectations I had for them when I was deciding on a pet insurer. I will definitely be recommending Embrace in the future!
