The one and only e-mail I received regarding my claim told me that I hadn't provided the necessary information and despite MULTIPLE attempts, I have not responded so the claim's on hold. Well, that was the only e-mail I got on the matter, so I'm offended at the implication that I'm ignoring you. Secondly, all the information was included in the original PDF I sent. The tone of that e-mail needs to be dialed down.

Wow do I feel dumb! I usually don't make big mistakes but this time I did! I chose Embrace for my sweet pup. Incredibly disorganized, getting the dogs birthdate wrong, claiming a microchip is a prexisting condition among other things and mistakenly would not cover a claim....woops, now they are covering. Canceled policy and moved over to another company. We've had six dogs over the years and thought we should try a new insurer...mistake.

We have used Embrace for several years now and have been very satisfied with them. They have several policy options to choose from and we chose the accident and illness coverage which we have needed several times including few major surgeries. The claim process has always been easy (I used to email the claim form but now I just ask the vet to fax it) and the communication works well. The premiums seem to go up every year but the older the dog gets the more health issues he has so it is nice to know you will be covered. When one of our dogs passed away Embrace sent us a hand written card which was really nice touch, we appreciated it a lot. During the years we have recommended Embrace to many of our friends and family.
