Our review of Embrace insurance

Embrace insurance is absolutely a great insurance for your pets. They pay after you meet your deductible and if you have a pet with problems like we do you pay the bill and submit the bill and they pay most of the cost. Embrace has been very good to us and our pet. He has had some severe problems and they have come through and helped with the expense within a couple of weeks at the most and they have sent emails to make sure we received our payments if we don't cash or deposit them right away. Embrace is definitely our choice for pet insurance and we thank them for all they do.

Wonderful,service

My 11 year old rescue dog had a mast cell tumor in her jaw. The surgery wa covered as well as the oncologist. The claims were covered in a timely fashion. I am very happy with Embrace.

Embrace Pet Insurace - nothing but the best!

My dog has been covered by Embrace for almost 2 years and I have not gotten better customer service anywhere else. They are quick with response and haven't run into any issues when filing my claims through their website. Everything is very easy to use and they are very diligent about following up with you. So glad that I went with Embrace and will continue my business with them as long as the customer service aspect stays consistent!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
