Oustanding

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I took my puppy in for her annual exam and in one day the claim was processed and covered at 100%. Embrace pet insurance is the BEST insurance anyone could ever choose. They are very responsive, the claims are processed quickly, they offer direct deposit for reimbursement as well as the number one pet insurance policies in the entire country. I love Embrace!

Happy to have such great insurance for my Newfie

For the second time, Embrace has come through for me. Excellent relationship with the vet office and quick turnaround in reimbursement. Given all we owners go through when a fur friend is not well, getting reimbursed in a timely manner sure helps.

No hassle insurance

This is my fifth Labrador Retriever ,first one I have purchased insurance on. Only have had coverage since February 2017 ,but have had two claims for illness visits. I have been pleasantly surprised that there was no hassle . I assumed there would be some excuse as to why the claims wouldn't be covered but I was incorrect. Glad my veterinarian suggested Embrace. Claims are easy to submit and were processed quickly. Have recommended Embrace to friends with animals

Best decision we made for our Molly

My husband and I are so happy we made the decision to purchase Embrace Pet Insurance for our Labrador Retriever. Molly is now 2 1/2 years old and has had her insurance since she was 12 weeks old. We have used it several times with two of the claims being a true test. Molly is a very active strong girl and as a result from playing hard and coming down on her rear knee(s the wrong way, she required TPLO surgery in November 2016 and then she did the other knee in June of 2017. So we did give Embrace the true test. They were wonderful and Molly now has two very strong knees. Hopefully, Embrace will not be seeing claims from Molly for a long time but if she needs them, I am 100% sure they will be there for her. Thank you Embrace for doing what you said you would do.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
