Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Since December 17, 2017, the entire Embrace Staff has worked with us wholeheartedly. We had an emergency with our Newf, Winnie, on way to visit our first granddaughter in FL. During the trip there was an emergency with her. We tried everything to the extreme of blood transfusions and plasma. We lost our angel. Now in March of this year after having heart surgery due to the stress, our oldest girl, Cheers, started having issues. Cheers is up in her years but still has a lot of living to do. Embrace Claims and Management has worked to get our claims processed immediately due to huge medical invoices that ate now mounting. They have called to check on both of us and they are sincere in the words they say. I would choose no one but Embrace! Thank you for all that you have done and are continuing to do!

Our little Caesar had a surgery in an emergency room after he got injured badly in an accident. Embrace was faithfully there to help us throughout the process from contacting the veterinary to submitting the claim. We had a trouble with our emergency veterinary, but Embrace dealt with them for us. Thanks, Embrace. Embrace is the right choice.

Our Weimaraner Tess has been insured with EMBRACE since we rescued her at a year old. She is now 10 1/2. Overall she has been healthy with the exception of weak hind legs/spine, from being tied up most of her first year of life. She's had a knee rebuilt and gets regular spine adjustments (VOM) now. Embrace has ALWAYS been so attentive to questions and FAST at processing claims. If only human health insurance processed claims as efficiently!! We LOVE Embrace! We have accident/illness coverage and the only reason I gave them "9 paws" out of 10 is that our premiums are pretty hefty now that Tess is a senior dog. BUT I understand claims are inevitable the older a dog gets. Thank you Embrace ~ we are thankful we found you in 2008!

I enrolled my beagle puppy in the health plan and the wellness plan. So far, it has exceeded my expectations. The claims process is seamless and the service is incredible. Couldn't be more happy.

Our lab tore her knee ligament late last year and had TPLO surgery in January. The cost was $3k+. After submitting the claim, Embrace approved within a few days and we received the checks within a couple of weeks. It was amazing response time and customer service given my experience with most other insurance companies (car, home, health, etc...). Would definitely recommend Embrace to others. I am still surprised by how easy and quick the claim reimbursement process was.
