Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Prompt payment for two TPLO surgeries in 2017 and 2018, plus a few other odds and ends. No more TPLOs — Annie has only two hind legs! Probably won’t meet my deductible in 2019 but so glad the insurance will be there if I need it.

I have had my insurance for 3 months and have used it on 3 different occasions with ease. I love being able to submit claims from my phone. Embrace always lets me know the status of my claims. Very happy customer

My two dogs were trapped in my house during a house fire. Sadly we lost one and the other was taken immediately to an emergency vet. After I called Embrace to tell them about our Rapunzel, they lit a candle in her honor and sent us a handwritten card expressing their sympathies for her loss.

Different dog, different unexpected chronic illness.....same wonderful service and coverage! We have been fortunate to have Embrace insure our pets' health for maybe 10 years now. I got it just as a precaution! Thank goodness I had it. Seven years ago when our Golden Retriever was diagnosed with a brain tumor after many very expensive tests. Embrace paid for 80% of a very large medical bill. After our Golden died, we received an expression of sympathy from Embrace! Who every heard of such a thing?? I was so touched. Now our English Cocker has been diagnosed with Addison's Disease which means she will be on meds and under vet care for the rest of her life. This could have posed a financial burden, but Embrace "has our back"! (We also have a cat who required significant testing several years ago and Embrace covered those bills too.) When I am paying the monthly fees I have sometimes thought, "Why am I doing this?" Then an unexpected illness or accident happens, and I am incredibly thankful for the investment.
