At just one year old, my Laborador Retiever pup, Phoebe, severely injured her knee which required major orthopedic surgery. Days after her surgery, she was bit or stung and had a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction which required emergency veterinary care. I simply submitted the claims and invoices and, done! Customer service is top notch, professional, courteous, and prompt (by phone and e-mail; I’ve had positive experiences with both). If you don’t have insurance for your pet, get Embrace now! This is the first pet I've ever had insurance for, and I'm glad I do. Our dog is part of our family and we want the best for him. Having this insurance has helped pay for his regular shots, prescription food, flea medications, much needed teeth cleaning, and other costs. If we didn't have the insurance it would have been a financial burden and we might have had to make some difficult choices about our dogs future. As he is getting older and is now requiring more consistent medications and veterinary visits, we are again so happy we chose to have insurance. I've had Embrace for the past 3 or 4 years and never used it until now. I have a 13 year old dog that is now having medical issues and Embrace customer service has shown professionalism and compassion every time I've contacted them. Also my wait time to speak to someone is usually very short so I'm not wasting too much time on hold. They process the claims quickly and I'm very appreciative. I've had other pet insurance in the past that I wasn't happy with and Embrace has proven to be a company I can depend on for fast resolution

They are great with taking care of claims in a timely fashion and keep you up to date on the status without you having to call them to ask which I think is great! We appreciate your service :)

I brought my dog in because she was experiencing some what I assumed was severe gastric distress. The issue was resolved and I asked the vet hospital to submit the claim form. My claim was approved and reimbursement was received within just days. I am extremely happy with Embrace and will recommend them to friends and family with pets.
