A Very Fair and hassle-free pet insurance company
My dog, Dolce has been "Embraced" since March, 2016 and I'm so happy I switched from her previous pet insurance. Our claims have always been paid relatively quickly and we have received exactly the amount expected; and even if a mistake is made on the claim form, Embracers do their best to figure it out and correct it so that payment can be made in a timely manner. Whenever I've contacted Customer Service, whether by phone or email, I have always received accurate and timely responses--no matter how many questions I asked--and I tend to ask a lot! Nearly a year ago, Dolce was diagnosed with a bladder tumor, which, in the opinion of 2 veterinarians, would likely cause her demise within 4-6 months, but she is amazingly still with us! However, because both her age and condition are very slowly beginning to show related side effects, I am continuing to send in a lot of claims for her. But these claims are always paid promptly with no questions asked!
Our original veterinarian's office used to send insurance claims in for its clients, but eventually some staff refused to do it so we were expected to do this ourselves. Being a senior citizen, at first I found using the "portal" a bit daunting, so saved up my claims and sent in several at once. I was just getting the hang of it, when I recently discovered your phone app and I must say it is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND SO EASY TO USE!!! Thank you for making submitting our claims a breeze--I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate it!.
