Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I researched many of the Dog insurances and I found that Embrace offers the "mostest for the leasest". :O) I have found that the customer service is excellent..they respond quickly to emails, claims and phone calls. The wellness policy is nice but I probably won't renew that as the cost, at least for my pet, is only 34 dollars than if I just pay at the time of service with the limits I purchased. I have yet to use the accident /illness but they have always responded quickly to any questions I've had. I do wish they had a quarterly or monthly payment plan since my renews right around the end of the year and its hard to put out $465 extra at Christmas with other expenses..house taxes, car registration, Xmas gifts etc.

Our wellness plan for our Izzy is the best assurance we have that she will always have the care she needs. Our claims are processed immediately and our check is back to us in short time. All of Izzy’s shots, routine medical care, and special vitamins are reimbursed to us. Embrace has our heart because they really do care about our dog just like we do!!

I have never had pet insurance before but started thinking about it when I started thinking about retirement. I researched many companies and finally decided on Embrace as a user friendly company. My dog has alway had good health but since he was turning eight years old I was worrying about what I would do when I retired if he became sick. So far every experience with embrace has been really good. My boy just had a several day Hospital visit for a serious condition that was very unexpected. You can't imagine the relief I felt as I signed the credit card bills for him. I was very happy that I did not have to make a decision on him living or dying at that moment because of money. I will be getting insurance on all my pets in the future.

I have nothing but amazing things to say. Since purchasing this insurance Embrace has been nothing short of amazing from claims to cost to customer service. JOB WELL DONE so far!!!

We recently took our dog to the vet for a routine exam, during which time our vet discovered that our dog had a torn CCL and hip dysplasia. Embrace was incredibly supportive, covering the additional and unanticipated cost of x-rays and the sedatives required to help our dog relax for them. Embrace processed our claim quickly and without issue. We couldn't be happier!
