EXCELLENT AND FAST RESPONSE..VERY APPRECIATED

Aside from the $200 deductible which I wish could be lower, the service and kindness was really excellent. However, I wish the rates would not increase because Hermione is getting older.

Great

embrace has saved me from giant vet bills a few times now. I have a dog who gets into EVERYTHING and have had to submit 2 several thousand dollar claims! Love them! Only down side is he’s 7 now and his premiums have gone up as he’s gotten older. Still worth it so far!

Glad I have Embrace

I bought insurance for my dog Brumus several years ago knowing before the end of his life some medical emergency would arise that would be costly. And sure enough at age 10 he has developed an AGASACA. I had confidence in Embrace but until the time comes one never knows how things will go. Having the insurance through Embrace has really come in handy. My claims are processed quickly, with no quibbling, and are paid according to the regulations indicated in my policy. Brumus has a low tolerance for medical intervention, so I'm not sure what we'll be doing for follow-up now that the carcinoma has been removed, but at least I know the expense of the treatments won't be an undue factor in any decisions I make about future treatment.

Excellent customer service!!

I have had in brace for 12 months and have had two claims and they covered both. They have excellent customer service and he fast turnaround time in regards to any claims.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
