Very responsive company

I have been with Embrace for close to a year and have found them to be very quick to settle claims. When I call them they are very helpful. My dog that is covered is soon to turn 11 and has developed Diabetes since I signed her up. Definitely a good choice.

The best thing I did for my dogs.

I am very happy with Embrace pet insurance. They have a wellness plan, no other company has that. You look at your dog and think I don't have the money for your shots this month and then it's no worries because it's covered. I never have any problem with reimbursement. After all a healthy dog is a happy dog.

Satisfied Pet Member

I am a satisfied pet member. Although I hate having to go to the vet, I am happy to be a member of Embrace. It gives me and my pet mom and dad piece of mind whenever I have a vet appointment. Signed: Taylor

The pet insurance company, that not only cares about the insured but the insurer(owner).

I will start out by saying Embeace care about their customers. I have had pet insurance with Embrace since 2015. On 24 November 2018 my American Bulldog hurt her leg pretty bad. So the with and I took her to the Animal Emergency Hospital, we were told she most likely tore her ACL and that I needed to call the veterinarian hospital the next next day(how much is this going to coast? About 1500. Ok). So the next day I call and the damn appointment was made for 14 January, REALLY, but nothing I can do. They will do x-rays and the surgery all the same day. So appointment date rolls around, I take my poor dog in and she is x-rayed, I'm thinking it's going to be a long day. The Veterinarian (doc), comes in and tell me it worse that anyone thought. Both ACL's are gone. And the price for surgery in about 5,oooh dollars. My heart dropped. I'm thinking to myself there is no way in hell Embrace would cover this. I don't have 5,000 to pay out of pocket and then wait to be reimbursed. I worried, very worried. I go home, call Embrace. I get Jessica Hoffart, me being a retired marine, I'm a little strong with Ms. Hoffart. I'm upset over the price, worried how I'm going to pay, and Ms. Hoffart, the hold time is reassuring me that she and claim will do everything in their power. Ms. Hoffart sent me emails with up dates for two days. In my head I know I wouldn't hear anything for weeks for sure. So Monday the 14 of January I made the call to Embrace. Thursday 17 January, I recieved an email from Ms. Hoffart, stating that an approval had been made for XXXX, amount minis my 20%. I will tell you years came to my eyes. Not only did they approve me in record time, but they covers the whole damn claim. Just a few forms for me and the vet hospital to fill out, that was it. No stress. Embrace and Jessica Hoffart I cant forget claims department. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so very much. My dog surgery was on 19 January, and she is recovering wonderfully. Again thank you Sincerely C. Sampson7
