Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Earlier this year I noticed a discolored tooth on my dog. It was one of those little things that made me pause but wasnt a rush to the emergency room situation. I called my vet the next day just to check in. Turns out Daisy needed a root canal since the tooth was dead. The tooth one of the biggest in her mouth, so pulling the tooth would greatly affect her day to day. My vet seemed prepared to give me the bad news of how much a root canal would cost. I was so glad to be able to tell them that cost was not my first concern only making my dog better. I scheduled the procedure and had a wonderful doctor who took care of my dog every step of the way. While in surgery more problems were discovered and again I could tell the doctor to do whatever they needed to do. It took about a week for my dog to be back to her old self and now's just as happy as ever. I submitted my claim to Embrace and they did all the legwork tracking dog my dog's history and notes. A week later my claim was paid along with a complete summary of the covered costs. I cannot stress enough how confident I am with Embrace standing behind me. I know that I can take my dog to the vet knowing any problems that might arise can be solved without me stressing about how I will pay for costly procedures. Embrace made everything so simple and I will recommend their services to every pet owner I know.

I'm sitting here in tears, because I just got confirmation that Embrace is covering disc compression surgery for my precious dog Benny. I can't rave enough about the prompt, compassionate, honest customer service this company has given me over the past 3 years I've had my dogs covered by them. Like other insurance companies, I kind of expected the usual run-around, bureaucracy, and disappointments, but it's been the opposite with Embrace. If only all of my other insurance companies were so reliable. Thank you Embrace; you've taken a huge weight off my back.

As a first time dog mom, I was extremely nervous about how I was going to take care of her and make sure she had everything she needed! When my mom mentioned pet insurance, I didn’t know where to begin. I went through USAA and they had many wonderful options, but this insurance carrier in particular was very easy to understand, they communicated well and their customer service chat is very helpful when I’m at work and can’t call. I haven’t had to use this for anything serious and hope I never have to, but I have peace of mind knowing my little Bailey is covered!
