I cannot call you from my Canadian mobile phone? My 2 claims were sent in for Dolly. One was paid and the other was incorrect. She does not have elimination problems. I think you received the wrong paperwork. Both claims were for ears and the second was anesthesia and ear flushing. Please let me know if this was your error or the vet sending an incorrect claim. Also, I cannot get into client portal again. Keep changing the password and then it will not accept. Not a good experience so far.
