The do what they say, "Embrace"

I have 2 Husky's. Both insured by Embrace. Their Vet sends the invoices direct to Embrace. The Company reviews the claim, sends my approved amount directly to my checking account. Very smooth. Embrace does a very nice job of informing you about your claim, and updating the information. I have been with Embrace a little over a year and one of my dogs has had some major issues. I never had pet insurance previously, but very happy I do now.

Outstanding

I have had Embrace pet insurance for many years. Now that my Joey is getting older he has several health issues. The coverage is great, the premium is worth every penny. Joey not only goes to his Veterinarian, he also has a chiropractor 80% is covered each visit. The customer service is wonderful, the agents are caring, helpful and always there to answer any guestions. I am ver pleased with Embrace and would recommend it to anyone who is considering health insurance for there pet. My Joey is worth having this coverage.

Embrace offers peace of mind.

We've had insurance for Bugs for about 7 years now. I've always been grateful for the wellness plan and reimbursements for general appointments during the year. This year Bugs has been diagnosed with Cushings and some other issues due to that diagnosis. Having Embrace is providing peace of mind that we are able to get her all the care we need to keep her comfortable and with good quality of life.

Went from a great company to a horrible one,will change company after insurance runs out if this is how they perform.

Need to go back to being the company you were, the changes are not good. I had you for many years with my dog & didn’t question using you for my two pups but the experience has been horrible and I’m sorry I signed them with the new Embrace

It's nice to be protected by this coverage

I had to submit about 4 claims lately for our dog who has had a few minor things happen to him and an "under anesthetic" dental cleaning. We were please to be getting back quite a bit of the money we paid for these visits, procedures and medicines. It was also very easy to submit the claims and they reviewed them and got back to me with an easy to understand explanation of what was covered. I appreciate your coverage!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
