Best company ever
I can't say enough everything about my experience with embrace was wonderful..we emded up having to put our dog to sleep. :( we received emails and a hand written card with many signatures. Prompt responses and claims processed. I have referred numerous people to get insurance thru your company. Thank you for making this very hard time alittle bit easier for us..

I can't imagine a better pet insurance company.
This is my second review for Embrace, regarding claims service for my nine year old cattle collie cross. I had insured him barely over a year when he began limping. At first the vet thought it was just arthritis, for which he began expensive, monthly injections of adequan; but we eventually discovered a torn cranial crucial ligament (CCL), with TPLO surgery recommended as the most beneficial option. Throughout the entire process and not during rehab, the staff at Embrace have been efficient, polite, respectful, responsive, and sympathetic. I receive prompt confirmation with each claim they receive, followed about a week later by a determination, which has always been that the claim has been covered, including the continuing adequan injections. In this era of substandard customer service, it is reassuring to find a company that demonstrates exceptional customer service through its actions, rather than by disingenuous platitudes.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
