Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had such a great experience with Embrace so far. The claims process is so easy. From start to finish it has been completely painless and professionally handled. We are very pleased with the service we have received.

BIGGEST SCAM!!! I signed up my dog to this insurance because he was already a senior dog. He was healthy but i did it just in case anything were to happen. A couple of months later he got sick, i went to an emergency service where I spent $2500 and then i had to take to him to the vet a few more times, I ended up having to put him to sleep because the his diagnosis him with a brain tumor.THIS insurance gave me THE HARDEST TIME; they insisted that my dog died of back pain when the vet clearly SAID he had cancer. They NEVER reimbursed me for ANYTHING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY HERE!

They are very responsive, and I know our claims are carefully considered. They don't cover everything as can be expected, but they are great to work with and this has given us great peace of mind as our wonderful dog gets a little older (like me!).

I’ve had Embrace for about 2 years now for my now 3 year old puppy, and overall I’m very happy with the insurance coverage and claim process. It’s not the cheapest option out there but they covered most of our vet visits past deductible (wellness and routine checks not covered of course). We had a few times where probiotics were prescribed due to an illness visit and it was not covered since they were considered “supplements”- a bit disappointing. But overall it was a smooth experience getting claims. I do everything via the app and it’s takes about 1-2 weeks to get the money back. Given the mix reviews of other pet insurances out there, I’d say Embrace is doing pretty well.
