Initial call to Customer Service re Premium Increase & Follow Up call with Manager on 12/20/22
Initial call to Customer Service re: unexpected increase in Annual Premium. Representative courteous & professional but unable to address all my concerns. Requested to speak with a Manager. Informed I would receive a call back from a Manager within 24 hours. I indeed received a call back. Manager was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. Manager inquired if there was anything company could do to improve their Customer Service response and I made some recommendations which he sincerely accepted. Manager then explained rationale for premium increase & apologized for any upset I may have experienced. Manager took an impressive amount of time to remain on the phone with me until I felt “heard”. Manager additionally reviewed claims process for my future reference. Commendable Customer Service Recovery appreciated.
