This was very easy to summit a claim

This was very easy to summit a claim. It was the first time submitting a claim. Im sure the insurance will cover my baby getting the surgery he needed. I will be forever grateful to Embrace and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

great insurance

this is great insurance. claims paid quickly and easy to submit. covers 100% of flea, tick and heartworm meds, annual exams, and vaccines. you just choose an amount. i chose 450.00 and only had to pay about 17.00 out of pocket. there is also a policy for injury and accident i took out. has a deductible, but worth the price. for 60.00 a month, i have peace of mind that if something serious comes up, i can take care of my pet. i lot of people complain about the monthly cost. i figure if you can't affor 60.00 a month, then you can't afford a pet.

I have had good customer service with Embrace my entire time with Embrace. This is the first claim filed with them and it was easy to upload and submit claims.

I am very satisfied with my claim…

I am very satisfied with my claim reimbursements. I know now that I will need xtra wellness coverage when I renew because that is what my pet needs more often than the Reg policy coverages. I understood about previous conditions not being covered so I’m not debating that. I just wish it wasn’t so strict of a policy so that my pet’s real needs could be addressed and covered. But overall I’m satisfied with Embrace because they are thorough in their explanations and do follow through.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
