I absolutely love this company

I absolutely love this company. They are always prompt with reimbursement, the site is user friendly and only takes a few minutes to submit a claim. They have been fair with their determinations.

Love Embrace!

I am so happy with Embrace! This is our first dog in 30 years, and we are more than a little shocked at all the attendant costs. Embrace insurance is definitely worth the money, as just about everything has been covered for our 7 month old puppy. Another plus- it's SO easy & quick to file a claim!

Very pleased

I filed 2 claims with Embrace so far, one for Daisy’s bladder stone surgery and one for Duke’s ACL tear repair. Both claims were approved within 3-4 weeks. I called the company once with a question and a live person answered and resolved my issue. I’m very pleased and thankful i have my dogs insured. Duke’s surgery alone was over $7000!

Such a relief

My Ganni boy needed surgery to remove a mast cell tumor suddenly. I was expecting my first child at the time and knowing Embrace would cover most of the surgery removed the stress from the process. He is at home healthy along with my baby girl and I feel so blessed to have this coverage. The embrace customer care and claims management answered all my questions any time I called and the claim was processed smoothly.

Absolutely wonderful

Embrace is wonderful. Website is very smooth and the customer service reps are factastic. They're realistic, caring, and extremely helpful in answering any question I have had over the past 8+ years. Never going to change insurance companies.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
