I have had this insurance for a few…

I have had this insurance for a few years now. It is easy to submit the information on line, and the company is excellent on updating you on receiving and processing the claims. They pay the claims in a timely matter, and they let you know if they need more information. ( They have only need more information one time in my 3 years of being with them.) I highly recommend this company. I would not have been able to afford to treat or diagnose what is wrong with my 15 year old kitty, without it!

Beware, it is totally not worth it.

I got every excuse known as to what they needed to insure my dog. They accept the payment but that is when the endless emails about past vets visits started. They should have asked all this prior to accept my $600.00+

Easy and Quick!!

My pup got injured and this was the first time I filed a claim. It was so easy! The website was self explanatory and understandable. The decision was also so quick. I had resolution in 2 days.

indifferent, incompetent adjuster/process

I filed a claim on September 16th of 2022, and finally received a meaningful response yesterday, January 19th 2023, but only after I cancelled my policies with Embrace. Despite my sending a number of emails explaining the situation, the adjuster at Embrace failed utterly to respond, process or explain what was going on with my claim for five months. The adjuster also was unable to acquire the records from my current vet, despite my being able to get them via email within an hour of requesting them. I see absolutely no point in having insurance for a dog if the company either fails to process the claim in a timely fashion, keep the customer informed of what is going on and acts proactively to keep the ball rolling. None of this happened.
