A claim reimbursement check was lost or stolen in the mail. I informed Embrace of this WEEKS ago, and am still getting the run-around that "billing is looking into it". It seems maybe the billing department is just one overworked person? That's the only explanation I can see for why this is taking so long.
EDIT: After about a month, they FINALLY reissued the payment. Again, really frustrating that it took so long, as it was about $3,000. But on the other hand, they have reimbursed every claim I've sent in, so I can't complain too much.
