i had a 21 year old cat who died in January. I called Embrace to cancel her maintenance insurance (I could only get maintenance because I didn't insure her before the age of 15.) My vet come over to my house once a week for several years and I never submitted a claim. After my beloved cat died, I called Embrace to cancel her insurance. I spoke with Rachell, and asked her about backdated claims. Between Rachell and Tevana and my vet sending those years of statements, all of my claims over those years have been paid! I am SO grateful for Embrace. Thank you. And I am SO grateful that my other younger cats are insured by Embrace.
