Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Denying claims, even though documentation was presented, along with letter from veterinarian disrupting their denial. Seems to be like every other insurance company - always looking for an out. We have 2 other pets on their plan and now looking to go elsewhere. Wish we hadn't switched in the first place.

I don’t feel that it’s right that insurance across the board don’t cover hip and knee disorders when you adopt a dog like I did they have to neuter them before you can adopt them. The research that I have done shows that when a dog is spayed or neutered before they are grown encounter these disorders due to the fact that they haven’t fully developed. It’s a catch 22. My dog who I adopted in September of 2022 is just now showing signs of hip disorders, and because he wasn’t first diagnosed with it when I started this insurance found out they don’t cover any parts of it. If you can say that’s this is a Great insurance good on your part. I am searching for a new insurance.
