Happy customer!
I have had Embrace for 3 years and am very happy with them. I have not had any issues with claims not being processed and they pay quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of pet insurance to reach out to Embrace.

Easily worth the cost for reassurance
Embrace has always been easy to work with, they are easy to get ahold of and answer any questions. Getting embrace was a huge help in us not worrying about the cost of care and instead focusing on making sure our puppy gets the best care.

Embrace is AMAZING
We recently adopted a puppy, and I insisted with my boyfriend we get pet insurance, as I don’t have it for my elderly dog and know how expensive trips to the vet can be. Low and behold, just slightly under two months later, she has a freak accident and breaks both of her femurs. We had literally only paid out $82 in premiums, but Embrace just covered $5,000 (our yearly max) of her now $7,600 bills. Their claims process was SO easy. I took pictures of the bills, uploaded them to the app and within 2 days, they answered and said they’d be covering our claim. We LOVE Embrace and would recommend them to anyone, and have been! I wish I could give them more stars!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
