Nothing Seems to Be Claimable

Haven't had the insurance long enough for my dog to capitalize on its worth, but from the start it has been "pre-existing" this, etc. I'm shelling out $102 per month and maybe one day, although we never want anything bad to happen to our pets, I will thank myself for buying it.

First time pet owner

I am a first time pet owner. I had no idea of where to begin and was afraid of purchasing a costly policy filled with a lot of fluff. I used my bank product listing and found Embrace. The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable and had pleasant customer service skills. He was patience in answering all my questions as well as helpful in helping me put together a policy I am pleased with. I am definitely impressed at how easy it is to submit a claim and the amount of time it takes to receive the reimbursement. I have, since purchasing this policy reviewed other companies and have decided I will remain with Embrace. I am pleased with professionalism and service I have received from agents of Embrace.

More Broken than the American Health Care System

Pet insurance is like pre-ObamaCare human insurance. Way over priced and not worth it. "Pre-existing conditions" instead of medical history. What's the point of paying $100/mo, when I'd be better off for saving it until the pets needed something. It was recommended thru USAA for military families, but they don't like when your vet records are in other languages because you were stationed overseas. 2 years at $100/mo and when my lil cat needed $300 for testing, they said no repayment. I'm done, if I'm going to gamble, I'd rather put it with a bank.
