So far I am truly disappointed
So far I am truly disappointed. I purchased Embrace because the girl that helped me with the purchase was truly very good all of the paperwork was submitted as we were told to do. I got my pet at q- weeks and didn’t decide to buy the insurance until he was 14 weeks. Not for any reason other than I couldn’t figure out which one to buy. My 11 yr old Grandaughter was visiting the new puppy and wanted to put him in the bath tub. He wound up with an ear infection. So now Embrace is saying he has a chronic Dermatologic issue and his ears will not be covered until August 2024. I do not feel this is chronic. His ears are fine several months after the incident. When I called Embrace to talk with someone I got put on terminal hold. I am so frustrated, and bummed out over this, and no one to talk with about it at the company. But they took my money, no problem Just saying what happened.
