Will do everything they can to not pay…

Will do everything they can to not pay you for claims. More or less a scam they denied claim for no reason and t now are trying to say it a pre existing condition when it's wasn't so have to jump through another hoop 3 months later no relief or help just them trying to screw me then saying warm regards in the email after saying we won't help you even though he's been done with the waiting period

Total crap company two claims put…

Total crap company two claims put in and both have been declined as i have been told conditions are not cover. The last visit to the animal hospital the total bill came out to over $4000 and we struggle to come up with the money with the knowledge that the insurance will cover 90% of it. And all i get is crap technical terms and sorry ass apologies while we are going into finacial dismay.

At the time I setup the policy I…Tried to be prepared

At the time I setup the policy I understood that there would be a waiting period. However, when I filed my first claim I’m told that the proper history has not been completed. Why not tell me when I established the policy. I provided an othropedic evaluation and was told with my first claim it wasn’t acceptable. Claim closed and not paid. Aggravating to say the least.

The company accepted our claims for our family pet, Cody. He had to have surgery for bladder stones and follow up treatment. The process was very easy. Also reviewing the steps on the website is very easy. Thanks for the support!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
