The good and the bad
The good: super easy claims process and quick payment.
The bad: be REALLY careful that you know everything about your pet's medical history before signing up. I didn't know that when my dog had a tooth pulled, the vet found a small growth called an epuli (it's a common, benign growth in dog's mouths). Embrace saw that in my dog's medical records from over a year prior, and said that without a biopsy to confirm it was benign, they'd consider ALL growths, including cancer, a pre-existing condition. I obviously could not get a biopsy on something removed over a year ago. I canceled and got a pro-rated refund for the rest of the policy because it just didn't seem worth it to have such a large exclusion.
