Over all honest review

My honest review on Embrace over all would have to be a 3. I feel that generous due to the fact of the customer service and how the company overall can say a pet would have a condition that is considered by them as existing. I do feel if a veterinarian can state and even offered to send whatever he needed to confirm that my dog didn’t have any preexisting issues on something I shouldn’t be punished for that. I’m being told by your company whether that be with your customer service or whom that my dog had preexisting dental issue as well as eye issues etc. she hasn’t had any problems they thought possibly she may be having some allergy issues but they weren’t positive. So in result we decided we would try some things and see who she does. I was okay with the fact we started those before I went with Embrace. However, I feel after so long of not doing those things, I should be able to have that reviewed. Also, what’s being told to be a preexisting condition with her eyes, wasn’t and due to a scratch from a neighboring dog she happens to play with was the cause. However, I said I would do a surgery for her for that and I would pay completely. The dr stated she wouldn’t any longer have any problems with that after that, so when I stated what he said and he was willing to speak with anyone or send a letter whatever needed to provide that she wouldn’t any long have any issues with that problem…I call explain what he stated feeling after this was done we shouldn’t have any issues with anything else as for as eyes that could happen later down the road as for insurance wise, I’m told by Embrace once again that they will have no part anything with the eyes. So basically…at this time I feel like what am I even paying for?? Definitely nothing that helps when it comes to vet bills! So I would state caution on anyone considering…. Thank you! Lene’ Gant

The preexisting clause just made so…

The preexisting clause just made so easy for them to just take my money for months and deny all my claims. This company should be ashamed of themselves

Embrace is great! I highly recommend!

Submitted paperwork electronically. Embrace needed additional info. Not from me. Nor did I have to contact the providers. Embrace did. Reimbursement was seamless. Reimbursement with all explanations occurred relatively quickly. So glad I have Embrace for my dog! Embrace is great! I highly recommend it!

Embrace is a must!

I have been telling people - get pet insurance! Our dogs - especially our little boy (accident prone) has definitely used his insurance. We are fortunate to have it! It’s easy to submit a claim and get reimbursed. Plus whenever we’ve had to talk to the staff they’ve all been great. Thank you!
