This company cancel my insurance

This company cancel my insurance, and never make the effort to contact me, I got a new card and I forgot change the card in the file. And went I call to reinstall my insurance they refused to put all my cats, only the youngest. Is all about money no about the pets.

As new pet owners

As new pet owners, we decided to ensure our puppy is protected with unforeseen illnesses/accidents. We researched many options and purchased Embrace given their association with USAA where we have been members since 1966. Totally happy with our first claim experience.

This is the first time I've ever…

This is the first time I've ever invested in Pet Insurance. I tended to believe it would be more hassle than it was worth to get claims submitted and covered, but after doing some research I chose Embrace and I'm really glad I did. I've submitted a few claims for minor issues and have been reimbursed for all covered costs after having reached my deductible. The claim submission process is super easy and straightforward and my claims have all been processed in what I consider to be a timely matter with no hassle or pushback. Excellent coverage and customer service.

Misinformed representatives & poor customer service

An Embrace rep told me in the fall of 2023 that a specific cat food I want to use was covered under their Wellness plan as they do cover certain pet foods. Now, February of 2024, after having made several claims for the food my cats use, a rep says that it's NOT covered, even though they actually paid a couple of the claims. The rep did nothing to resolve my complaint, and it seems that none of their reps are on the same page and knowledgeable about what their policies cover. Customer service is horrible, and I can't stand working with a company when their reps give misinformation. I'm currently looking for a new pet insurance company.

Unfortunately and Fortunately

Unfortunately, it took a lot of time and lots of upsetting phone calls to solve my claim ......Always , some kind of miscommunication and lots of Emails from my side and from the vet clinic sending all the requested information about my dog history , over and over again! Almost 2 months trying to find some kind of answered and a logical solution to solve my claims! The accident of my bby , the Dr appointments , the surgery , etc ...So much We had to deal with and on top of that , We had to deal with you (Embrace)....We should have had a piece of mind having you (Embrace) as our guardian, but Unfortunately It was more like a nightmare than a good dream ......No piece of mind at all ! Really sad and disappointed 😞 ......Fortunately , it was solved! 🙏
