As with any or most insurances, embrace tries to find reasons to reimburse the least amount possible. Not a surprise. Just corporate America being corporate America.
Reply: they will go back to a wellness visit 11 months ago and try to find words to justify not paying for an acute symptom 11 months later. That's who this company is. Beware folks.
