The process for making claims was very simple. Communication on the status was helpful as was the ability to check status online. Our claims were processed quite quickly considering experiences with other insurances! Thank you, Embrace.

I am looking for pet insurance, but after reading the reviews of Embrace, I will keep looking. Embrace doesn't seem very trustworthy. First of all, the 5 star reviews for this company look like fakes. All very similar in their descriptions and always only one or two sentences. The website already states that: "Due to high call volume, there may be longer wait times." Unbelievable, they know that the customer will have to wait longer and instead of changing that, they just inform the customers. So, now you know, take it. And apparently you can only reach them by phone?!?? NO e-mail address? Companies without an email address are very suspicious, and there is a reason not to provide an email address. This makes it very difficult to prove anything later. The customer has no proof that they contacted the company. One-time administration fee: $25.00 What do you have to pay $25 for ....? Customers should charge the company for completing the application. This fee covers administration costs for starting a new policy and setting up recurring billing. [/Quote] If a company starts with a fee, what fees does the customer have to pay later? Complaint fees? Filing fees? Advertisement fees? it a Sunday fee? It's not a Sunday fee? In the US, too many companies are very inventive when it comes to fees.

This is definitely a no-hassle insurance company! I've had this coverage on my dog since he was a puppy (he's almost 4 now) and all claims are handled quickly and refunds processed fast. Would recommend to anyone wanting to cover their baby!

I have been with this company for 3 years. I have only ever filed a claim 2 times with them. Both within the last couple months for 2 different aninimals. In both cases, they found a reason to not pay out. This to me is a trend of them not wanting to pay for claims. They are fine with taking my money though. My recommendation is to go anywhere but here for pet insurance. Or better yet, just create a savings account for your pets.

The website is easy to navigate. I found it very easy to upload claim forms.
