So far not impressed
I had just gotten my new Kitten. She got into some bad stuff and had to go to the hospital. It was an emergency clinic so the bill was BIG.
They auto denied the claim and when I clarified it was covered by the accidental coverage within the 14 days or whatever, my claim has been stuck in limbo. I checked in with my vet and they said they have given all of the relevant information. I’m going to give it a few more days and will update my review as necessary, but so far I am not impressed.
