We first purchased Embrace insurance…
We first purchased Embrace insurance for our Golden Retreiver, Walter at 4 mos. He is now 11. Late last year he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He has been in Chemotherapy. Embrace has paid chemo claims on time. Yet, today we received a notice stating our 2024 policy has “maxed out” and that “there was no need to submit claims until April 2025! The policy year begins and ends in April. There is a $1000 Deductible. There is no conceivable way we “maxed” out our policy.
I just tried to call Embrace and received this notice:
[Do to extreme weather conditions our employees are having difficulty traveling. Therefore our office is very short staffed. Wait times are at least 1 hour]
“Extreme weather” it’s July!
Where are these people on the dark side of the moon?
If you’re planning on purchasing insurance I would double check this outfit.
Something is not kosher!
