I'm glad I chose them!
Embrace has been with me for nearly a decade. When my fur babies have routine checkups or emergencies, Embrace assists their needs. Their prices and plans are well-balanced, and the staff is always caring and professional. I'm glad I chose them!

Reimbursement payments taking long.
Over all my experiences have been very good. I have had my dogs insured with Embrace since almost the beginning of this company, well over 15 years.
Service and claims where paid immediately. Claims are taking a lot longer now to receive reimbursement. In this computer, electronic era, it should not take over two weeks to be reimbursed.

Our request to cancel our policy was…
Our request to cancel our policy was handled by a gentleman in sales. I had requested cancellation 7/24/24 and received no response from the email. Finally, connected up with Wes. Wes was professional, knowledgeable and assured me/us our refund would be honored on the requested date.
We have NOT received our money back nor had our refund placed on our account used to pay up front, the FULL YEAR amount, however.

Good decision
We purchased a puppy 2.5 years ago. The pet insurance has been a very good decision for us. Embrace Pet Insurance has been straight forward to use and it is simple to submit a claim. I do wish multiple invoices could be submitted in one claim, but it's pretty easy to upload each separately.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
