Not the best
Said they only take 30 days to do the medical history review but it took them more than 60 days. They're not available 24/7 and have very limited east coast working hours so it makes it hard to do anything with your insurance. They also signed me up for the wrong policy coverage because their website and system glitches (even their LVT said this) and I was unable to change it within the timeframe they allotted.
