Super easy to submit a claim

Super easy to submit a claim. Reimbursements are timely. And premiums are much less than my previous insurance provider.

When my dog had to go to the ER

When my dog had to go to the ER , it was naturally stressful for me.. but when they were released; all I had to do was upload an itemized receipt( which vets can give you very easily). Uploading the receipt via the app is Soo easy. Once it was uploaded there was nothing else to go. Embrace sent me regular emails telling me what step the claim was on. They did everything for me. While the actual vet er was stressful , filling a claim was not. I just withstood our people insurance was like this, totally recommend this completely

We got a new puppy and put her on our…

We got a new puppy and put her on our Embrace pet policy, which we also have on our other dog. she had an incident with vomiting at the beginning of the policy, and they put an exclusion on her policy, which I disputed, and Embrace was very good at looking at the situation much closer and removing that exclusion. We have had our other dogs on policy for three years and have had absolutely no problem. They are very prompt with our submissions and when we call, we always get a very knowledgeable and professional person. I would highly recommend Embrace pet insurance.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
