Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I was originally introduced to Embrace pet insurance through my insurance company USAA. I thought if USAA is partnering with Embrace for their members it must be a good company. I've had my boy Louie insured by Embrace for close to two years now and it has been a "life-saver" for both of us. A couple of months after getting health insurance for Louie, he was diagnosed with Addison's disease. This condition requires monthly shots and a steroid pill every other day. Being retired military and living on a fixed income It was nice to know I wasn't in this alone, and while he is expected to live a normal lifespan the costs add up. I'm grateful to know that Embrace has my back when it comes to taking care of Louie's health! The online claims process is first-rate, it takes just minutes to file a claim, they are handled expeditiously, and payments are deposited into my checking account automatically, usually within two days. I would not hesitate recommending Embrace pet insurance to family and friends.

It is a very easy website to navigate. Entering claims is so simple. Claims are also reviewed quickly and refunds come almost instantly.

So happy I have Embrace pet insurance. It has been a lifesaver literally!

We recently adopted a frenchie puppy, we always insure our pets. I went with embrace because of the wellness plan. Our puppy is 16 weeks old and I have submitted two tickets for his shots and so far payout has been timely. Unfortunately our puppy was stepped on by a large dog and damaged a saliva gland and we are in the process of getting surgery. I have contacted embrace about the review process and one worker wasn’t all that helpful and gave false information about records being needed from the breeders vet (I have the health workup) we got it straightened out though, I will update on what transpires with the upcoming surgery, we have accident and illness coverage and never dreamed I would need it so soon.

The person I talked to was very nice and answered my questions.
