They Don't Pay Claims

I completed all intake forms and thought most of my claims would be paid. I filed some claims through their portal after five months but then had to send duplicates of invoices for another month. Then they decided I must send them my dog's health history back to a full year before I applied for coverage. After another month, they decided my dog had pre-existing conditions, all minor, and denied all but one claim, and the cost of that one came out of my deductible. So, 7 months paying premiums at $48 a month, and I'm out $350 in premiums with no coverage. Also, their communication by email is very slow and a 30 min wait time by phone. Do not recommend.

Claim denied for ridiculous administrative reason

My dog had to have a portion of her tail amputated. it took some time to get a proper diagnosis and for the tail to heal properly (as in months). The accident occurred two days before the policy renewal. I submitted a claim once the dog was deemed fit and healed and it was denied because it was not within the 60 day post renewal period, even though this was an ongoing and very traumatic injury -- think blood splattered all over the house.

My pet had just passed and thy

My pet had just passed. When I called to cancel my policy, they told me I had to pay $600.00. They said that their contract is year to year even though I paid monthly. I am on a fixed income and that's a lot of money for me. I will never use them again with future pets

Emergency vet visit

We've had EMBRACE for 4 years. Luckily we've never needed to use our insurance until recently. The app is super easy to use. Uploaded the necessary documents and hit send. I was notified that the documents were received and were being reviewed. Money was in the bank a few days later. Thank you for being there for us!
