Been with Embrace for 8 Years
I switched to Embrace in 2016, after a bad experience with another pet insurer. I have 2 dogs and a cat. I signed up with them initially because their website was very well designed; I was able to find the answers to every question I had. I've stayed with them because they are fair, transparent (meaning the website will tell me if my claim will be covered), prompt, and responsive. I have not had a bad experience with Embrace in all this time. I recommend them to everyone I know with pets.
