I'm still waiting for a satisfactory…

I'm still waiting for a satisfactory claim for Marley. Not sure why they have made this so difficult. It's been many months now. I just sent requested documentation and still, claim on hold. It's very frustrating as we are paying monthly for this insurance and it has not met expectations so far.

The Best Pet Insurance

My boxer Joy has been insured since 2016, she was 4 months old. I am very glad and happy I decided on Embrace after in-depth comparing all others at the time. Yes, Embrace was a tad more but you get what you pay for. A friend wanted to know who I chose after her insurance did not cover an illness for her boxer. Joy is 8.5 now and was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy in May 2024. It is so nice to know her rehab and acupuncture are covered. Embrace has always treated us fairly and correctly. Thank You Embrace!!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
