Incompetent to say the least
I’ve never thought I would wait for 3 months to have a claim processed. The staff, from both - email and phone seems disinterested in solving my problem. I don’t know whether it’s just bad luck on my end or that is how this insurance company operates. Either way I suggest not to risk your pet’s health and look elsewhere.
The moment I will receive what is owed to me I am immediately switching somewhere else, and telling my friends I recommended this insurance to do the same. Just horrific.
